I am using a lenovo legion 7 with a 3080m (16gb vram), r9 5900hx (8 core) and 32gb ram. My gpu is definitely worse and the cpu is similar. I get around 47-60 fps in game at 4k with down sampling and no aa. Use holographic wings mod pack to get your game pretty and stable.
