Grindstone lake is awesome. Although the Damn House was closed when we visited, the area is simply amazing. What makes it great is it's proximity to mid town Ruidoso. It's about a 5 minute drive. Boating and fishing are available and you can rent kayaks on the lake. An on the lake water recreation area is also available with an inflatable rock ...Come see us this weekend!
