Today I stumbled across a crisp near perfect condition 2003 Series $5 STAR Note Serial # DG01172998 * (G7). Upon doing some homework and searching through the forum, I've learned not all STAR notes are worth keeping. The common message I've taken away is to save the rarer STAR Notes. My question is what is considered a rare STAR Note?
