But on rare occasions you can be terribly unlucky. I know cuz in one of my runs in Riverside when i visited every shed i only found a single generator.I personally find Riverside easier than Rosewood; however, the peak day multiplier and OP's permanent low-population cell where they spawned might make day 0 Rosewood easier than post-peak Riverside.
