I agree with most of it, but a few points. 1 - Fake Out doesn’t require you to fire the weapon. PFS made that ruling clear and that is usually a good guide. 2 - Risky Reload misfires your gun if you miss. It doesn’t have to attempt a flat check, that is only for firing a gun that hasn’t been maintained.
