Panoramic gateway offline
Cox Community. Internet. Jags. New Contributor II. 5 years ago. Smart devices are not connecting to panoramic WiFi. It's been a month now since i upgraded to the gigablast plan and panoramic WiFi router. Ever since i did that most of my smart devices are failing to connect. Google nest thermostat, tuya smart bulbs, etekcity smart plugs.Open the gateway to check the status under powerapps.com>Data>Gateways, is it still Live? Try to restart the gateway in the Service Settings if it is stopped. Try to uninstall gateway then restart computer, install the latest version. Please try the above. I don't print from my laptop often, but I believe this problem started after I switched to the Cox Panoramic Wifi modem/router when I upgraded my internet package. Every other device I have switched over no problem and prints to the printer just fine. My lap top just won't. the printer status is "offline". 5 years ago. @confundido, the Panoramic WiFi app does not show the router logs for the wireless router. You can create user profiles for your devices, and also view daily data usage for each individual device in your in-home network. Additionally, you can also set the channels through Network > Advanced Settings > 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi.I've been having similar issues for about the past 6 months. I have a recent model 'high end' motorola cable modem, and then a ubiquiti security gateway pro. The issue has nothing to do with the lan I manage. It has 9 8MP camera's streaming at all times and there router utilization and switch utilization never exceeds 5%. No collisions, etc.1 – Go to Advanced Settings > Security > Inbound Traffic. One you’re there, make sure the Enable option is checked. 2 – In Advanced Settings > Security, make sure that the option “Enable inbound traffic protection on this interface” is uncheck. 3 – Turn off your internet connection.
