Help me my quest is stuck flashing the logo. try to force the shut down then plug the charger if the led is showing, wait until it's green then turn your quest on. This is what I would do. That is embarrassing, I don't know what to do instead.1) holding down (-) and POWER for a while -> the Logo comes and goes couple times -> then no Logo anymore and no LEDs even when under charge (before that the LED was orange) 2) hold POWER for long time has turned on the LED to orange, but the Device didnt boot up. 3) remove the charging and replug -> Battery status showed up.3 dots and flashing screen. Yesterday my Oculus Quest 1 started to act weird. First it looked like it has lost tracking or something because suddenly the main menu screen was moving as I was moving my head around like I wasn't in VR but a simple screen was glued to my face. It also didn't recognize my controllers.A lightning icon in the middle. Not crossed out. Meaning - The headset acknowledges it's being charged, but stays on 0% (I know this because the lightning icon is crossed out the moment I unplug the headset). So the quest 2 won't charge, and won't turn on. Can't factory reset or even get to that menu because of 0% so nothing turns on.
