I thought I read 5-7 days but my estimated return date is a lot longer than that. I had my blood drawn for Panorama on 3/29. Sample received by Natera on 3/30. It's 4/5 and I'm still waiting. I'm in CA too. My doctor told me I'd probably have results back by today. Natera's website says most results come back 5-7 days after receipt of the sample.
