the mob duplicator is on the left there above the pipe. I've also put filters on the fluid pipes were it connects to the conduit because thought maybe it glitched and I was loosing fluid to there... Bte im using dw20 1.12.2 and i manually added several mod. I know soul shard mod and enderio powered spawner can spawn mobs too. But.. i would like to fix the problem of mob duplicator. Try an inhibitor obelisk from enderio or if you have dark utilities an ender tether.
