It was always advertised as Razor Core. About 5-6 years ago, IMI turned down the velocity by maybe 50-100 FPS. But the older Razer Core was hotter than typical MK262 (by about 50-100FPS) so the slower version from IMI is in line with MK262 from Black Hills, CBC, etc. And the newer "slower" ammo gives me a little better accuracy.The 77gr SMK are more accurate for me. But if you are using this for SD, inside of 200 yards, it would be tough to beat the 75. I will add that the IMI 77 Razorcore is one of the ammos that I stack deep (along with Speer Gold Dot and MK318). My PSA 10.5 and 11.5 barrels love the stuff.I’ve seen similar with the 77 grain Razor Core. Cool days it’s generally fine out of my older Stag Varminter w/24” barrel. When it gets to 100-109 the primers are flattened out and there are ejector swipes all over the brass. No primer piercing or popping out yet. It chronos at about 2970 with a shitty ES at high temps.
