The top, on to the windshield frame, is glued and then screwed. The bottom on to the cowl goes on dry. The seal is rubber and relaxes a little under pressure. When you get it in the first time, it will bulge and look crap, wait a few days before panicking. Get it laid out and you will think it is maybe a little short.
