How to reset wyze base station

The Wyze app on my phone does not see the base station AND I don’t see the wyze wifi network that the base station creates for pairing. I just want to get back to the “blue” light and have the base station relearn my home network.

Held reset pin for about 15 seconds until flashing blue light stops, momentarily goes solid blue, then to yellow. Unit reset, flashed blue for about 30 seconds and then went to solid blue. While other WYZE cameras can be factory reset, the outdoor camera cannot be at this time. This inability to hard reset is due to security issues.
