Edit:: Turns out my sd card was the problem and i wasn't actually booting into RCM mode. I removed it and it finally worked. Try pressing the power button a few times after you boot into rcm and remove the jig. If it turns on you aren't actually booting into rcm, if nothing happens you're good to go.Press power to turn on, then hold for 12 seconds (manual shut down in RCM) - is off. Hold power 12 seconds - is still off. Maintenance Mode - is off. Press power to boot into RCM. AutoRCM - Stock. Restart - reboots into RCM. If you still have issue with loading into sys, you may need to try a system wipe. If you are having issues with booting into rcm mode, that's a separate issue since even a console with broken nand can boot rcm.
