Some people were exploiting the crown store for gifting crates. I don't know what exactly, but its possible that certain areas that weren't supposed to have them (like the netherlands) were getting them, or places where the crowns cost a lot less (like south america or eastern europe) were gifting things for gold which was then resold.The criteria listed is not new. that has been in place since gifting was enabled. its just how the information is presented that has been changed. but it has always been that you can not gift until you have purchased crowns and/or subbed to ESO+ and waited for 30 days before you can gift.Hello everyone!
