All those routes have a minimum of 160 stops and close to 300 packages if not more for the bigger step van routes. Nursery Routes 100 stops!! My theory is that Amazon realized they could get away with this and there’s nothing any DSP’s can do about it.

DSPs unfortunately doesn't have any say on how routing is plan, it's left up to amazon warehouse station. All we can do is report and hopefully they'll fix it before.Just have the DSP offboard you or ask Amazon, they will just offboard you and you can join another DSP right away (i think you have to wait for the drug test), you dont have to take the training again. Now, if you wait longer than 1 month (its either 1 month or 3 months), without delivering, you will have to take the training again.…

So I've been working for an Amazon DSP as a walking courier for about a week now. The way it works is that a truck unloads a few hundred packages at 12pm, then all of the walkers spread out into the immediate area and deliver the packages door to door.
