May 12, 2022 · Stumped - Bike won't go over 50 mph. I have a 1999 ACE 750 that I have ridden and maintained for 15 years. It has 47,000 miles on it. I did all the upgrades that I learned from this site over the years. I am completely stumped about the latest problem that I have. The bike starts fine (after I just replaced the started switch assembly) and all ...190. James answered 8 years ago. My 2003 Nissan altima only goes 5 mph. But not the car want start. I took the battery to auto zone and they said the battery was trash, like its no good. I'm going to buy another battery but I don't know if a battery would be the cause of the car only going five mph. But they did say the battery was trash.
