My opinion is that while Gaige is usable without Anarchy, its so amazing that there really isn't any reason not to use it. Honestly, I've tried looking at other builds, but at the end of the day I'm in Ordered Chaos, at the very least, until Discord. Discord is amazing, Blood Soaked Shields is amazing, and Smaller Lighter Faster's pros ...The Anarchy skill tree has one skill you have to put a skill point into that decreases magazine size in favor of increased fire rate (I could be wrong) on the Infinity it completely bricks the gun, but if you have the Dragons Keep DLC some of the class mods from chests and drops can increase magazine size and override the Anarchy skill. Gaige excels at shield-stripping enemies with the LBT (middle) skill tree and building Anarchy stacks is quickest way to stack damage. I'd recommend going halfway up the LBT tree for the Shock augmenting skills and at least as far as Rational Anarchist in the Anarchy tree. Empty your magazines as fast as possible.
