Glaive is a good bit faster so it can give you more kills, although it is shorter than rhomp and have less damage (if you go just a tad fast on hose every kill should be one hit anyway) So basically do you prefer playing it safe, stick with rhomp, or going ham then go with glaive.Rhompalia is literally the best weapon in bannerlord. It's a very long glaive polearm that can one hit kill any unit in the game , i got it from a tournament at battanian cities early in the game, i still use this late game even though i have a very high smithing skill.
