Pull both valve covers off, and use the E-O, I-C to set ONE valve pair, at their respective HOT clearances. Now, go do the rest of the day, dinner, TV, sleep. Next morning, come out and HAND rotate the engine, and bring it back to the two valves you set hot, by E-O, I-C.
