A note on the disabling via unplugging .... the driver's seat can just be unplugged, the passenger seat is the oddball because of the occupant detection system for the airbags, the car will detect the weight and the seatbelt unbuckled... for the driver, there is no ODS, it's assumed someone is sitting there and actually driving the car (go figure)... so the seatbelt switch isn't as fancy logic ...361 posts · Joined 2014. #2 · Jan 2, 2015.
