I drained the gas and put new gas in. Cleaned the carbs .everything looked good. Pilots were clean. Put in new plugs and ran it . Pulled plugs and the pto side plug is black and mag side is fine. Checked and cleaned exhaust valves.I have been calling and searching EVERYWHERE to find a reverse kit for a Polaris Edge 2000-2002 and they no longer exist period no one even has one from old stock. Yes leave it stock except clutching. I do know some tricks for that sled my buddy has the same thing. and pulled a 107 in 1000ft on shved ice. We did put ice picks on it and clutched and lowered the suspension, it did need gearing but he did not have the cash to buy new gears.
Dec 29, 2009 · If you have any reservations about how you put them in, put each in, one at a time and turn the engine over using the clutch.
